Jill Bergthold is an experienced commercial realtor and investor, focused on meeting her clients’ needs in a personal and creative way.  Since 2005, Jill’s experience has been in sales, leasing, investments, and development in the Kansas City real estate market. 

Prior to 2005, Jill spent 17 years as an architectural, graphic, and interior designer.  Jill has designed public schools, Federal office buildings, office, retail, industrial buildings, multifamily, and senior living facilities.  Jill even designed for the Kansas City Zoo and AMC Theatres.

Jill offers a wide range of services including selling, buying, leasing, and developing.  She uses her architectural background and skills to meet her clients’ needs with her friendly, approachable personality.

Jill desires to help her clients turn their dreams into reality.  She understands the value of long-term business relationships and is thrilled when her clients go from start-up to highly profitable success stories.

Jill is proud to follow in her father’s footsteps.  Ross Stiner was involved in real estate and development in the Kansas City area for over forty years.  Jill is an avid Royals fan and lifelong learner who loves people, art, and travel.
